Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using BurqAI you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BurqAI (16 in the EU).

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@burqai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free & Premium tiers

Free tier includes limited daily usage of AI Assistant, Voice, and Vision features (see in-app plans page for exact quotas).
Premium subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription pricing and renewal terms are displayed at purchase.
Cancellation is managed through your device's subscription settings; refunds follow Apple/Google policies.

5. Use of AI features

BurqAI's AI-generated content is provided "as is". While we tune the assistant carefully, we cannot guarantee correctness of travel, safety, or medical advice. Always verify critical decisions with official sources.

6. Acceptable use

You will not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass our systems.
Use the app to send illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to exploit the AI for outputs that violate our policies (hate speech, malware, etc.).

7. Intellectual property

The BurqAI brand, trademarks (Smart Arrival™, Travel Guardian™, Vision AI™, Voice Companion™, Travel Timeline™, Context Cards™, Country Survival Sentences™), and all app content are owned by BurqAI. Do not copy, imitate, or resell without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account any time from Profile → Settings.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

BurqAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes go to courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi.
